SgCVhub ("we", "us", or "our") is a sales and marketing brand operated by a Goldbell Group sales representative, and is committed to protecting the personal data of our customers and website visitors in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA") of Singapore. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

1. What personal data we collect

We collect personal data primarily when you submit an enquiry through our website's contact form, WhatsApp, email, or phone. Depending on the reason for your enquiry, this may include:

• Company name and contact name
• Email address and contact/phone number
• The model(s) you're interested in (for brochure or spec sheet requests)
• Vehicle registration number (for trade-in or scrapping enquiries)
• Any message or additional details you choose to share with us

2. How we use your personal data

We use the personal data you provide to:

• Respond to your enquiries and requests (e.g. sending brochures or spec sheets)
• Process trade-in and vehicle scrapping applications
• Provide quotations, financing, or insurance information you've requested
• Follow up on your enquiry by phone, email, or WhatsApp
• Improve our products, services, and website
• Send you relevant updates or promotions, where you have not opted out

3. Who we share your data with

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with the following service providers, who are contractually bound to protect it and only use it to provide services to us:

• Brevo — our customer relationship management (CRM) and email delivery platform, used to manage enquiries and send you requested information
• Vercel — our website hosting provider

Where personal data is transferred to or processed by service providers located outside Singapore, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.

4. Data retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Enquiry and CRM records are generally retained for the duration of our business relationship with you, plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. LTA OneMotoring Access Codes are never retained beyond the immediate verification of your trade-in or scrapping enquiry.

5. Cookies and website analytics

Our website does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics scripts. If we introduce analytics or advertising tools (e.g. for Facebook, Instagram, or Google marketing) in the future, we will update this policy accordingly and provide appropriate notice.

6. Your rights

Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate or outdated personal data
• Withdraw consent for us to collect, use, or disclose your personal data (including for marketing communications)

7. Do Not Call (DNC) Registry

If you have registered your phone number with Singapore's Do Not Call Registry, we will not send you marketing messages via phone call, SMS, or fax to that number unless you have given us clear and unambiguous consent to do so.

8. Data security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, or similar risks.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
